Actively seeking a Legal/Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The right candidate will have 5+ Years of Paralegal Experience, with a majority of their time working within the Real Estate Practice Group.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Manhattan, NY (Financial District)

PAY: $90 - $100K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• 5+ Years of Legal Recruiting Experience REQUIRED
• PREFERRED experience in a Law Firm or Professional Services Setting
• Strong Administrative Background

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain relationships with our trusted recruiters and legal search firms
• Conduct initial review of candidate lists for prior submissions/contact
• Work with the firm's business intelligence team to conduct market research and obtain competitive intelligence in order to proactively build a candidate pipeline
• Develop and maintain a sense of marketplace intelligence, e.g., hiring trends
• Maintain accurate data tracking across various platforms
• Other projects/tasks as assigned
