We have over 30+ years of experience placing attorneys and legal support staff at all levels in both permanent and contract positions.
Premier Legal Staffing is seeking an experienced full-desk recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting experience in the legal industry, be self-motivated, embrace team work and collaboration, and have proven accomplishments including developing long-term relationships, successfully negotiating and closing deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruiting including placing legal professionals in direct-hire/contract positions with established clients
- Providing excellent client and candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process that demonstrates and values professionalism and aims to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Providing accurate and consistent communication to candidates, clients, and internal team members
- Participating in monthly staff meetings and achieving monthly and quarterly metric and billing goals
- Exercising best practice recruiting strategies and effective follow-up workflow practices to optimize efficient and organized workflows
- Developing new business through cold calls, referrals, and other forms of communication
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records and proper comments in the Applicant Tracking System
- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified legal talent to assigned client job requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have accumulated 3+ years of sales/recruiting experience and preferably 2+ years of C-Suite recruiting experience, legal recruiting is most preferred
- Experience in legal-related field is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Must have experience and be comfortable with cold calling candidates and clients
Salary:
Base salary range $50K-$75K (DOE) + commission with potential to earn up to $250K+ in total compensation.
