This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in sourcing and securing top talent. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys, paralegals, and other legal positions. To accomplish this, you will create and execute strategic recruitment initiatives, build strong relationships with law schools and professional networks, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
