Job Description:

We are seeking a Legal Executive Recruiter for our remote South Florida based team. LHH brings the resources of a global organization, backed by local market intel, to offer workforce solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments.

During our comprehensive training and onboarding, you will be led by subject matter experts, including former legal professionals and legal recruiters, who will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role. You will learn the ins and outs of the industry, from sourcing top legal talent to negotiating lucrative offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and interview candidates for various legal support roles, including paralegals, legal project managers, conflicts attorneys, contract managers, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, on behalf of your candidates and clients.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal Certificate or JD or 2+ years of paralegal experience within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Proven experience in legal recruitment, preferably within a law firm or legal staffing agency, is a plus.
  • Prior sales experience (retail, client services, business development, real estate), is a plus.
  • The ability to sit in South Florida to facilitate candidate and client meetings is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal support roles and the skills required for success in these positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $50,000, unless outlined below, with limitless earning potential through our uncapped commission structure, allowing top performers to maximize their income.

Anticipated Salary:

California $66,560

Colorado $55,000

New York City; Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties $62,400

New York All Other Locations, in NY $58,458.40

Washington $67,724.80
