Our client in Miami Florida, is actively seeking a passionate Legal Recruiting Assistant to join their vibrant team! As the Legal Recruiting Assistant, you'll be instrumental in the onboarding process for new hires, acting as their primary liaison and guaranteeing a smooth integration into the team. This role will encompass various HR administrative responsibilities. Legal Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Perform HR administrative duties surrounding scheduling interviews for recruiters
• Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Plan and execute events
• Maintain employee paper files and data enter employee changes into HRIS

Legal Recruiting Assistant Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in an HR position
• Proficient in data management and Excel skills
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
