JOB SUMMARY: In conjunction with the Director of Recruiting, the Legal Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing on-campus interviewing, design and implementation of the firm's summer program. The manager works with the Director and the Chairs of the firm's recruiting committee and other firm leaders to develop strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring highly-talented and diverse attorneys.
