We are seeking a Legal Secretary to work out of our Century City, CA office. This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in our beautiful headquarters office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing clerical duties using legal terminology, procedures, and documents. Duties include but are not limited to supporting attorneys by managing calendars on Outlook, preparing files and arranging preparation sessions with clients, and other administrative tasks. The Legal Secretary will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the timely completion of work.
