Responsibilities:Sarah C. Varghese & Associates, a large in-house counsel defense firm and Employees of the Law Department, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their growing office. We hire the best employees to serve our customers, making us a leader in the insurance and financial services industry. Candidates must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced electronic environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to calendaring/scheduling for multiple Attorneys, electronic filing with the courts, pulling docket control orders, and routine legal correspondence. This is a hybrid position, working Monday Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:30 PM. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.
