About the Company

Our client is seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Litigation Legal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys in labor and employment law. This Los Angeles-based position offers remote flexibility, with an expected in-office presence of only one day per week. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of legal secretarial experience in Litigaiton labor and employment law (required)
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and legal support for attorneys and paralegals in the Labor & Employment practice group
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, such as pleadings and discovery materials
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule client meetings, court appearances, and coordinate travel
  • Organize case files, monitor deadlines, and support billing processes
  • Manage client interactions and incoming communications confidentially
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and other materials for meetings
  • Assist with special projects, research assignments, and additional tasks as needed
  • Strong understanding of California legal procedures, court rules, and terminology

Required Skills Preferred Skills Pay range and compensation package

The annual salary for this Southern California-based role is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000, with exact compensation based on experience and qualifications. This mostly remote role offers a balanced blend of flexibility and collaborative office interaction in a fast-paced legal environment.
