Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement themed/seasonal activities and organized events for guests of all ages
  • Maintain amenity areas before, during, and after activities
  • Enforce resort rules and regulations
  • Organize and maintain all supply areas including the outdoor stations, fitness center, fitness studio, and pool area
  • Inventory and order all supplies for crafts and prizes
  • Schedule spa services for individuals and large groups using spa reservations software system
  • Check-in and out guests for scheduled spa appointments
  • Perform confirmation calls for next day spa services.
  • Process guest payments for spa services and maintain assigned bank
  • Ensure the satisfaction of all our guests to promote repeat customer business
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education/Experience Required:

  • Experience in the Hospitality Field or Related Experience
  • CPR, AED and First Aid Training
  • High School Diploma

Specific Skills Required:

  • Customer service and people skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Craft skills
  • Awareness of fitness/wellness trends and appropriate application of techniques

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, push, and pull 30 lbs., move, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, kneel, repetitive hand/wrist motion, reach, bend, see, recognize, distinguish, hear, convey information and converse with staff and guest with great consistency, able to work outdoors.
