Role:To assist the Credit Union in achieving its Service Mission to deliver Total Member Delight in each and every service interaction with both internal and external members. Greets members entering the credit union. Answers telephone and screens calls. Provides operational/administrative lending functions to assist with documentation and monitor overall lending function and to assure adherence to all compliance and policy requirements.Responsibilities:-Complete paid notes for all branches, including loan payoffs, cancelling insurances and lien releases both paper and electronically.-Assist with loan reviews for all branches.-Order appraisals for the mortgage and business lending departments.-Ensure collateral is secured through DMV website and through VINTEK.-Complete Letters of Guarantee which may include having conversations with members and/or insurance companies and processing gap claims.-Process returned mail.-Assist with auto insurance cancellations and reinstatements.-Complete monthly reports.-Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge & Skills:Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience.Education: A high school education or GED.Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
