We offer jobs with Fortune 1000 companies nationwide AND invest in your career development using our leading-edge training program.Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide white glove deskside support to client executives ( C suite)Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, with a focus on Mac environmentsOffer exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and discretion in high-profile settingsCollaborate with a team to ensure timely resolution of technical issuesUtilize ServiceNow for incident management and trackingCoordinate with technical support resources for complex problem-solving as neededSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in professional environmentsProficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly in Mac environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level personnelFamiliarity with incident management tools like ServiceNowAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously$48.88 - $54.85 per hourFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
