Top-ranked teams and challenge finalists become members of the Bold Solutions Network-a growing global network that helps secure additional funding, amplify members' impact, and accelerate social change.About the Internship:The Data Analyst summer internship offers the participant first-hand experience in working with data in a nonprofit sector-context, exhibiting how proper management of data helps inform strategic decisions, increase efficiency and accuracy of program implementation, as well as provide actionable insights regarding equity in nonprofit decision-making.External stakeholders comprise a crucial component of Lever for Change's work in unlocking funding to organizations tackling the worlds biggest problems. The intern will support in the management of our data on external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy of data that can inform Lever for Changes strategy for outreach, introductions between potential funders and organizations, and more.Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct data cleaning, data merging, and data quality control
• Support creation and maintenance of data dashboards for different departments
• Analyze existing data to inform potential process and strategy changes needed
• Keep abreast of data collection and management best practices in the nonprofit space
• Support implementation and execution of different data collection processes

Qualifications:

• Data-driven with basic knowledge of statistics
• Some knowledge or experience using data analytics tools (Stata, R, ArcGis)
• Able to assist non-technical users who depend on technology to perform their jobs
• A technical, logical thought process
• A strong sense of curiosity, and finding joy in discovering answers
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated
