The Lincoln Library is seeking an individual to staff Youth Services Desk and assist library patrons with finding materials and use of Lincoln Library's computer equipment. Serve as customer point of contact for program and questions and scheduling; maintain registration calendar for programs, including placing reminder and cancelation phone calls and distributing class lists to librarians prior to classes. Maintain supply inventory for Youth Services department, and order supplies as needed or as requested by department staff. Maintain statistics and files, performing data entry, and using library database to: determine availability and status of library materials, check materials out, and place patron holds. Create and maintain displays on a continual basis. May assist patrons in operation of personal devices as needed.
