Position Type: Perm/Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday- Friday- 8a-4pm or 9a-5p or 10am-6pm
Compensation: $80K- $95K
Notes
- Must have a Workers Compensation Board number or willing to get one (processes takes 1-2 weeks to get #)
- Bilingual Spanish candidate is a must
- Will travel to different locations based on the candidates location
- Staff Mix: practice manager, admin staff (3) and Director (Psychologist)
- EMR System: OVADA (their own system) and Green Bills
- Evaluations: about 45min
- Interview process: 1-2 in-person interview(s) and then offer is made.
Summary
- We are hiring an LCSW to add to its rapidly developing team within the Neuroscience Department.
Responsibilities
Primary duties will focus on patient treatment in the form of psychotherapy or rehabilitation treatment. In some cases, hires may perform other duties, such as:
- Perform clinical interviews and short screenings
- Establish preliminary diagnosis and recommendations (referrals, further testing, etc.)
- Establish specific treatment plan according to each patient s conditions and diagnosis (Psychotherapy, Cognitive Rehabilitation, etc.
- Documents all patient s interventions according to the policies and procedures
- Ensure patients understand their diagnosis and receive relevant information
- Inform patient about next steps of evaluation and treatment
- Must be able to consult and communicate with other physicians, specialists, etc.
- Expected to travel to different clinics (1 per day) and will receive compensation for travel costs in case of long distance traveling.
