Location:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, generally 9 AM – 5 PM, with one evening shift (12 PM – 8 PM). Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Openings: 2 full-time positions

Reports To: Senior Director of Behavioral Health

Role Overview

As an LCSW, you will provide therapeutic services and supervisory support across satellite locations or our Long Island City headquarters. This role combines direct client care with the opportunity to mentor team members, ensuring quality and compliance with clinical standards.

You will work closely with individuals impacted by the criminal justice system, tailoring therapeutic approaches to their unique needs. Your day-to-day will include conducting assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client assessments, psychosocial interviews, and intakes following OASAS or OMH guidelines.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients with criminal justice involvement.
  • Develop and maintain goal-oriented treatment plans.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed within 48 hours and co-sign service notes as needed.
  • Provide clinical supervision to LMSW, CASAC, or unlicensed team members in satellite locations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate care.
  • Act as a liaison to connect clients with external services and resources.
  • Support new program implementation and participate in case conferences and clinical supervision meetings.

Qualifications

  • LCSW required; CASAC credential is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including 1-2 years post-LCSW licensure.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric issues, trauma, and/or incarceration.
  • Excellent client engagement, time management, and clinical documentation skills.
  • Experience with EHR systems (AccuMedic preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have the flexibility, humility, and passion to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
