Work from home while serving patients accessing care from their homes or other private locations. Provide behavioral care services through a HIPAA-compliant online system.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide mental health services such as intake, therapy and counselingAnalyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings and behaviorsAct as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate carePrepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summariesMaintain a therapeutic and safe environment for allFacilitate therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces treatment plansProvide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team contextMaintain all required certifications and licensesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Preference for clinicians licensed in IllinoisProfessional licensure must enable independent practiceProvisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted licenseInterest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modalityComfortable with technologyStrong communication skillsEstablished and updated CAQH profile strongly preferredPOSITION LOGISTICSSchedule is determined by AtHome Operations. We will work to create a schedule that meets your needs as well as the business needs of the organization. Array operates 7 days/week, 7am-11pm.100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityYou will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe pay range for this role is $34 - $41 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data.
