We are recruiting for multiple Clinical Social Workers at Central Regional Hospital (CRH) for the Psychosocial Treatment Program. This position will provide classes pertaining to Competency Restoration, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Substance Abuse Awareness, and other therapy groups for adult patients in the CRH Main Street or Community Living Program. This position reports directly to the Department of Psychosocial Treatment Psychology and Social Work Supervisor to assure that the treatment components are clinically sound and integrated with the hospital and department's clinical objectives and standards. The position may also be required to supervise social work students and/or volunteers performing work or services during group treatment and will be required to be in direct eyes on observation during these activities. The position will also plan and participate in the development of special activities to enhance patients' well-being and treatment. This position participates in Treatment Team planning and completes patient enrollment in preferred groups.
These are full-time positions and eligible for the full State benefits package, including retirement and health insurance. The normal work hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm (with flexibility in work schedule); however, flexibility is required to meet hospital needs.

5. Obtain and maintain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCVI) and CPR certification as appropriate upon hire.

Master's degree from an appropriately accredited school of social work. Licensure is required from NC SW Certification and Licensure Board.
Necessary Special Qualification Requirements - One must fulfill all requirements for Licensure in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as required by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board.
If there are no qualified applicants remaining in the applicant pool who meet the minimum Education and Experience or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for the position, the agency may consider for this position, a trainee who does not meet the minimum requirements. Salary for a trainee may be set at a lower level than the classification range and recruitment range that is listed in the posting with the salary being adjusted up accordingly as the trainee has obtained the necessary additional education and experience to fully meet the minimum qualifications as outlined in the classification specification.
Trainee Appointment may be considered at a salary of $52,000-$58,000 based on experience with a Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work and provisional licensure.
