Job Summary:We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee the daily clinical operations of our outpatient behavioral health clinic. The successful candidate will supervise other therapists, mentor new grad therapists, and work collaboratively with our leadership team. Responsibilities include providing mental health services to clients, addressing concerns through individual or group sessions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor therapists- Oversee daily clinical operations- Collaborate with leadership team- Provide mental health services to clients (individual and group sessions)- Address mental health concerns- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (OMH)Qualifications:- Education: Master's in Social Work- Licensure: LCSW and NYS Driver's License (clear of violations consistent with company policy)- Experience: 2 years leadership experience in mental health or hospital setting- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Strong role model attributes- Understanding of accountability
