We are currently wanting to add a Licensed Commercial Service Plumber to our Team!
Job summary: The Licensed Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for the major installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work performed independently and also while training/supervising apprentices.

Pay Range: $54.00-$62.00/hour - Depending on Experience
Work Week: Typically Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm, but varies based on projects. This position is required to be on the on call rotation, 1-week 24/7 every two months.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Licensed Plumber
- 5 years of experience
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
- Willing to work in all types of weather
- Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
- Proficient with drain cleaning/jetting equipment and video inspection systems.
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Being always polite and respectful of clients and other employees.
- Computer skills necessary for job processing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Washington State Backflow or Medical Gas Certification License
- Boiler Experience
Job Duties:
- Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids
- Select all materials needed for install, repairs and maintenance
- Assemble & install pipe sections using hangers, couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, soldering or brazing.
- Replace/Install plumbing equipment, such as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, appliances, and trim
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative service, maintenance, inspections, and site surveys, as needed, or requested by customers.
- Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
- Supervise helpers & subcontractors
- Coordinate with dispatch/project manager on repairs and services
- Process all reports for maintenance, repairs and service when performed and submit daily for processing
