Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' needs for services and thoroughly document findings in the medical record.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments on patients at risk and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide a range of services, including supportive, educational, individual, family, and group counseling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan for the care of adults and make referrals for concrete services as needed.
• Offer crisis intervention and individual/group services as indicated by patient needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
• Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, with Primary Source Verification.
• Master's degree in social work or related field.

Position Details

• Location: New York, NY 10016
• Duration: 14 weeks
• Pay Range: $57.00 - 61.00 per hour
• Standard Shift: 10pm-8am
