- Be able to care a caseload of 25 to 30 pts.
- Hospice, Hemodialysis, Sub-abuse experience.
- Guardianship experience.
- Ethic cases, Allscripts experience.
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) by the State of New York.
