Duties Description As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Central New York Psychiatric Center - Bedford Hills Satellite Unit, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides culturally competent and evidence-based treatment and support services in a recovery-oriented environment to individual with mental illness. Duties include:•Providing crisis intervention, service linkages, and discharge planning•Developing treatment plans with individuals and treatment team; monitoring and evaluating progress; and modifying treatment plans as needed•Determining discharge needs and appropriate community resources•Establishing and maintaining relationships with community providers to ensure continuity of careMinimum Qualifications Are you ready to start your Social Work career with New York State? Central New York Psychiatric Center - Bedford Hills Satellite Unit is recruiting for Licensed Master Social Worker to provide professional social work services to individuals with mental illness.
