We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a licensed mental health professional to join our dynamic team. We are seeking individuals with a valid license as a professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). We are particularly encouraging newly licensed and BIPOC-identifying therapists to apply as we strive for a diverse workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy using modalities such as narrative therapy, somatic approaches, Lifespan Integration Therapy, and other trauma-informed strategies, while ensuring the treatment is culturally affirming and inclusive of LGBTQ+ and GSD individuals.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide a holistic approach to client care that respects and integrates their cultural backgrounds.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and adhere to Medicaid and OHP regulations.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary to foster professional development.
Qualifications Needed:
Candidates must hold a valid Oregon state license to practice.
A strong background in working with diverse populations, especially within LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and immigrant or refugee communities, as well as experience with clients who speak various languages.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills, proficiency in communication, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Experience with trauma-informed practices and culturally responsive treatments is highly desirable.
