Pay Range: $115 k - $125 k Annual Compensatio

nThis position is eligible for an annual bonus based on meeting established targets

y.Key Accountabilities of the NHA includ

  • e:Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for the community. Address existing and emerging risks (business, operational, hazard) and direct mitigation of those risks. Understand CMS requirements and COVID metrics to ensure appropriate respons
  • e.Oversee and ensure infection control management within the communit
  • y.Direct staffing management, including recruitment, retention, PBJ and associate satisfactio
  • n.Oversee budget and reimbursement, including meeting census and other key financial target
  • s.Address the changing needs of the aging population and the local community by supporting Asbury Communities' long term strategic blueprint goal
  • s.In coordination with the Executive Director, this position will directly supervise multiple departmental directors (i.e., DON, Well Being, Social Work) and set goals for contract management staf

  • ntDemonstrated knowledge of COMAR 10.07.02 and 10.07.
  • 09Demonstrated knowledge of CMS requiremen
