The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the nursing home. This role involves overseeing all aspects of resident care, staff management, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
LNHA Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home to ensure high-quality resident care and efficient management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Coordinate with medical professionals, residents, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets to ensure the financial health of the facility.
- Ensure that the nursing home meets all safety and health standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns from residents, families, and staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of care and services.
LNHA Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Current and valid Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA).
- Experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care facility.
