The Administrator oversees the daily operations of assigned areas, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities. This role is vital in maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring our residents receive exceptional quality care at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration or related field.
• Experience: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Iowa.
• Three to five years progressive management experience.
