• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy
• Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Ensure all required documentation is complete
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities

Pay Range: USD $37.00 - USD $46.00 /Hr.
