Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Endicott Family Practice department at UHS Endicott in Endicott, NY, providing skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN or physician.

Responsibilities:

• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines
• Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
