Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active LPN license for the state of New York
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- COVID vaccine is required for most locations
- Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
- One year of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred, but not required
