Wage Range: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

The LPN is tasked with ensuring safe, therapeutic resident care throughout the entire process from admission to discharge. This includes working hand in hand with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality nursing that maximizes residents' mental and physical capabilities. The LPN acts not only as a nurturing caregiver but also as a clinical role model and resource for fellow staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • CPR certification required; experience in long-term care is preferred.
