The Rehabilitation Center at Jefferson Hills -

Full Time. Monday thru Friday and every other Sunday. 7 pm to 7 am and or 3 pm to 11 pm. Various Days of the week.

The Rehabilitation Center at Jefferson Hills is seeking to add caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPN) to join our amazing team!

Paying Up To $33.00 per hour!

8, 12 and 16 hours shifts available for work life balance:

Off shift availabilty throughout the week.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

A licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides care and treatment in accordance with physician orders. Works in a team environment and within scope of practice as defined by State. The LPN works under the direction of physicians and registered nurses (RNs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
  • Administers medications and treatments.
  • Participates in the care planning process.
  • Supervises LPNs and certified nursing assistants.
  • Communicates with physicians regarding changes in residents conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
  • Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
  • Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.
  • Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Valid State licensure as an LPN.
  • Current CPR certification.
