80-hours per pay period on Evening Shift (2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.), Night Shift (10 p.m. -6:30 a.m.) or Day Shift (6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.).

Evening and night are eligible for a $1.60 per hour shift differential plus hard to fill shift differentials: Evening shift is eligible +$3.50 per hour, Night shift is eligible for +$4.75 per hour.

A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is available for these positions. Subject to applicable taxes. Paid 1/3 in first paycheck, 1/3 after 6 months, and 1/3 after one year with a 12-month commitment period. This bonus is not available to current UVM Health Network employees, or those employed within the last 12 months. Must sign an agreement acknowledging terms and conditions.

A relocation assistance bonus is available for eligible candidates.

You'll provide high-quality nursing care under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. Your role will include administering medications, delivering supportive care, supervising aides, and ensuring the Plan of Care is followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and provide exceptional nursing care.
• Ensure adherence to the Plan of Care.
• Supervise and support certified nurse aides and assistive personnel.
• Coordinate and evaluate the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Current Practical Nurse license in New York State.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Compliant with New York State Practice Act.
