Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment
• Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
• Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures with attention to detail
• Accurately document resident care, including observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Protect resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

What Were Looking For:

• Valid LPN license in the State of New York
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred
