**Job Summary**
+ Provides professional nursing information to patients per telephone.
+ Triages phone calls from patients.
+ Transcribes information given to patients on a telephone to the medical record. Presents that information to provider.
+ Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customers status.
+ Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
**Education and/or Experience**
+ Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
+ A minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred.
**Licensure/Certification/Registration**
+ Must have current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
+ CPR required.
+ ACLS recommended.
**Work Schedule**
+ Day Shifts: Monday-Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
**Pay**
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
+ $20.75 - $29.25 per hour
