Elm Manor Nursing Home is actively seeking motivated Licensed Practical Nurses for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Canandaigua, NY.

New licensed graduates welcome!

DUTIES

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Daily documentation and shift report
• Administering medications
• Treatments
• Responsible for supervision on off shifts
• Resident and family communication
• Ability to follow and give direction

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
