How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks is the norm: 13 weeks Schedule of assignment hours? M - F 8am - 5pm? M-F 8a-5p Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? participation in weekend rotation may vary based on staffing Will there be any on call? If so, how much? no What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home Health What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? West (Long Beach, Far Rockaway, 5-Towns, etc.), Central (Oceanside, Roosevelt, Rockville Centre, Lynbrook, Hempstead, etc.), and East (Freeport, Bellmore, Merrick, Lindenhurst, Amityville, etc.) as needed What's creating the request? - work load Ect.. workload About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? ~150-250 What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? Ex: 25/30 ? 32 points minimum What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HCHB Do you want the candidate to have experience in have home health, hospice or both ? Home health Pay Package: $40-44 per hour, based on experience.
