POSITION SUMMARY The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs or licensed providers in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The LPN provides and maintains a clean, safe, and quiet environment of support and comfort to patients18 years old and older through the lifecycle. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION REQUIRED Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing EDUCATION PREFERRED None LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED Valid, active State of Georgia LPN license for GA locations and State of Alabama LPN license for AL locations BLS certification LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED ACLS certification EXPERIENCE REQUIRED None EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Three years nursing experience
