Description For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for LPNs: 0-1 years of experience eligible for $5,000 ( full time ) 1-3 years of experience eligible for $7,500 ( full time )3+ years of experience eligible for $10,000 ( full time )Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time LPN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. The Senior Health Center is seeking a LPN to join the team! Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse - Ambulatory Care role is responsible for performing duties and responsibilities within scope of nursing practice, related to patient care in the ambulatory setting. Participates in patient and family teaching by working cooperatively with the physician/advanced practice practitioner and other members of the healthcare team.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)1. Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. 3. Experience: One year of LPN experience preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
