Key Responsibilities:

• Collect essential information from new residents for admission.
• Record health details including vital signs and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores effectively.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene tasks.
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license in good standing.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
