What You'll Do:
- Assess students considering their unique backgrounds—cultural, social, and economic.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to develop support plans.
- Take part in IEP meetings, observing and evaluating students' social and academic progress.
- Provide counseling and consultation to help students thrive both at home and in the classroom.
What You Bring:
- Master's degree in Social Work and a PEL.
- Experience working in schools and participating in IEP meetings.
- Strong communication skills for working with Chicago families, educators, and administrators.
