As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Time Limited Rental Assistance Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMHC) works with up to 31 program participants ages 18-24 experiencing homelessness who are preparing to transition to permanent housing in the community, while gaining job training, employment, and educational and life-skills competencies. The Clinical Social Worker participates in the Sanctuary Model of care to insure trauma-sensitivity to all residents.

Primary Location: 1995 Jerome Avenue Bronx, NY 10453 (& NYC/Citywide Area)
Hours: 35 Hours/Week; Exempt (Evenings Required)
**Salary commensurates with relevant experience and licensure. **
LMSW/LMHC salary range is 61-72K
LCSW salary range 65k-75K
Additional Compensation: $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in first payroll and $2,000 retention bonus paid out after first year of employment
