Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Tucson, Arizona and Phoenix West Valley. We are currently hiring a dynamic Independently Licensed Therapist to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services.
Primary responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements, assessing for risk of harm to self and others, complete initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your panel, provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms), evaluation of physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client, refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values. Clinician will be responsible for conducting reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of BHT level staff. Additional responsibilities as appropriate.
