Our goal is to build each client a plan that integrates seamlessly into their day-to-day, so they can move forward with their mental health goals, without having to put life on hold. About the Role MHRS is seeking a licensed therapist licensed to join our team. Ideally, this candidate is able to work in-person from our office in NYC. As a therapist, you'll provide a range of services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. • 25% Recovery Coaching Supports
  • Deliver a range of evidence-based therapy approaches, tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Offer individual and group sessions, with a focus on both therapy and executive functioning/recovery coaching.
  • Collaborate with sister company EDRS on clinically appropriate cases.
  • Continuously expand your skillset through MHRS-provided CBT, DBT, and other relevant trainings.
  • Maintain a committed schedule, ideally with 2-3 in-person shifts for NYC-based therapists.
  • Achieve 15-20 billable hours per week (including therapy, coaching, groups, and care coordination).
  • Champion client progress, identifying goals, interventions, and progress roadblocks.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions within MHRS programs and external care providers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation (within 24 hours) for all services provided.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with client treatment teams.
  • Commit to bi-weekly team meetings and individual supervision sessions (including evening and weekend shifts).
We're looking for someone who:
  • Holds a Master's degree in a mental health field and is a licensed therapist in NY and willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
  • Can commit to in-person sessions and a minimum of two weeknight shifts (4-8p).
