Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensing Manager/Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in securing licensing agreements with renowned brands to integrate their logos and identities into GUAPI's premium product lines, fostering collaborations that align with our vision and market position. You will oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of licensing deals to expand our brand's reach and elevate our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with globally recognized brands such as Lamborghini, NBA, and similar entities to secure licensing agreements.
• Negotiate and finalize terms of licensing agreements that align with GUAPI's strategic goals and brand identity.
• Manage relationships with licensors and ensure all agreements are compliant with legal and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design and marketing, to effectively integrate licensed assets into GUAPI's product offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential licensing opportunities and ensure GUAPI remains a leader in innovative collaborations.
• Oversee the management of existing licensing agreements, ensuring adherence to terms and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in licensing management, particularly within the fashion, luxury, or streetwear industries.
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-profile licensing agreements with global brands.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property rights, licensing laws, and contractual negotiations.
• A passion for fashion and an understanding of the luxury streetwear market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
