Not open to C2C or C2H.This position is fully Remote/Work from Home and may be based anywhere in the continental United StatesThis position can be 100% remote in the continental USA.Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:Life & Annuity Insurance domain knowledge in a TPA environmentGuiding clients in defining the scope for the enhancements in agile mind set and launching new products with MVPAble to drive the requirements from system feasibility perspective and lead client in getting the products/enhancement doneRepresent Development team in client discussions along with Business AnalystExperience in performing application enhancements by referring to Business Requirements documentConduct technical research, development and testing of client's business requirements onto NTT Life and Annuity ProductIdentifies process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfactionExperience in configuring new product launches in Life and Annuity Domain, enhancing existing productsCreate a flexible technical design that is scalable and reusableWrite and review the technical specifications; support the team for on-time deliveryPromote teamwork and culture of accountabilityCoordinate with onshore and offshore resources; mentor and guide team membersBasic, Required Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuity TPA business involving multiple product linesMinimum 15 Years of experience in programming and debugging using COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS technologiesMinimum 10 years of experience in:Solutioning Business requirements to implement in L&A Admin platformsTranslating Business Requirements and writing Technical SpecificationsLeading large projects or offering complex programming solutionsLearning new digital technologies and cloud platforms; suggesting better ways of doing things in the platformSDLC methodologiesEducation: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceOther Desired Qualifications:Working knowledge on JAVA, Python, Shell Scripting and Linux is an added advantage.Comfortable in Agile framework and process flowWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $119,678 to $277,031. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
