- Initiate and organize a diverse range of activities to cater to the interests and well-being of senior residents.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during all activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to consistently maintain high standards for activity scheduling, aligning with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of activity programs, tracking individual resident participation and progress towards established care plan goals.
- Assist in the coordination of special events, outings, and group activities to promote socialization and community engagement.
- Work closely with residents, families, and staff to gather feedback and suggestions for future activities, adapting programs to meet evolving needs.
Requirements:
- Seasonal flu vaccine required.
- Experience in organizing and implementing activities for seniors preferred.
- Skilled at working in memory care, or with individuals who have cognitive, physical, or sensory disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by seniors.
- Flexibility and creativity to adapt activities to diverse interests and abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance in senior living communities is a plus.

Salary:
- $17.00 p/h
- Work Schedule: 32 hours per week - Monday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-8pm. Every other Sat and Sun, 10am-6pm
