Come experience a FUN and REWARDING summer! SPARK DAY CAMP and the Middletown Sports Complex are looking for individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic, positive role models who love working with children.... poolside! Our 2025 outdoor pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Job Description:SPARK Day Camp works in collaboration with the Middletown Sports Complex. We have three outdoor pools. During the week, lifeguards provide morning swim instruction for our campers as well as afternoon and evening safety supervision at our pools. On weekends, lifeguards will perform safety supervision duties for parties, events, and open swims. Lifeguards must hold a lifeguard certification before camp begins (and we can help you achieve your certification).
Summer Perks:
· Lunch is provided daily!
· We will assist you in attaining a lifeguard certification, and if you get certified through us and stay through the season, we will cover 100% of the cost!
· Group training is provided before the season begins!
· If desired, Swim Instructor Training can also be provided!
