If needed: start to set pool lane lines, put in tot docks, assemble equipment, and be great swimmers. Return the pool to the regular configuration at the end of the shift. All equipment should be put away -Project a positive and friendly attitude to all swimmers -Attend specified aquatic personnel meetings and training sessions.Current Lifeguard Certification, First Aid, and CPR/AED-FPR Ability to pass a pre-employment physical skills evaluation as stipulated by the aquatic director. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. Preferred 6 months to 1-year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Proficient swimmer
