Excellent communication skills are required to convey to management issues effecting machinery status and availability that may disrupt scheduled operations, execute daily assignments and assign to team members to complete in a timely fashion. Oversee the daily maintenance of all aerial lifts and surface conveyors.Required5-7 years mechanical and electrical experienceMust be 18 or olderExcellent communication skillsMust be able to climb to heights of 70 feet, lift 100 lbs. and work outside in inclement weather exposed to extreme heat or coldPreferredPrior ski lift maintenance, industrial control and supervisory experienceTypical ScheduleDays:Rotates, including weekends and holidaysHours:VaryCore Responsibilities
- Schedule, train and supervise lift maintenance team to meet operational timelines
- Document and monitor daily lift maintenance operations
- Adhere to all guidelines and documents set forth by GERM, ANSI B77, equipment manufacturers and insurance carriers' recommendations
- Use skill sets to troubleshoot and repair inoperable lift and lighting systems in timely manner
- Prepare evaluation and budgeting needs for lift maintenance department
- Other duties as assigned by management
